After 20 years of marriage, a Southern Seminary Diploma in Educational Ministries and my two Children off to College how did I find this Career to become a Realtor? I believe this Real Estate Career found me.
Being born in South Georgia, Georgia has been my home most of my life. Atlanta and Middle Georgia have always felt like home to me. I graduated from McEvoy HS in Macon.
From the mid 90’s to 2003, world traveling gave me the third largest diploma in life. Traveling taught me that we are all basically the same. All people want to be cared about and have someone and something to care for.
Becoming a Mother and Grandmother was the greatest education and lifelong gift I could have ever hoped for. Southern Seminary taught me that education was to be a lifelong journey.
In 2002, I found myself in Atlanta and asking myself and God, “Now what?” My children were both married and had their families. I was looking for a townhome to purchase and my very smart and kind Realtor said, “Dianne, you should get your license and sell Real Estate.” I knew I could sell something; it is in my DNA. My father was selling furniture off the back of a truck when I was born in South Ga. I studied hard, got my license, and loved the studying part. I got me Broker’s license as soon as the law allowed. By then, I was already in love with helping people. I love buyers and I love sellers. They are in different situations and sides of the same journey. Getting the details worked out…that is what I enjoy the most.
I work for one thing…I work to get that thank you note, the one that says, ‘Her skill can only be described as professional. She is organized and very thorough but her true gift is her personal touch. Dianne Bryant has our unconditional endorsement and highest recommendation.’ Earnie Burfitt (Senior Pastor New Bethel Baptist Church, Chattanooga TN).
Please indulge me to share this one. “She is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure your buying and closing experience is ‘First Class.’ You can count on her to take a personal interest in finding you the right home.” Todd Wipf (Pres. & Gen Manager, Southeastern Division, Sherwin-Williams, Paint Store Group).
And this one…’Dianne lives by her motto: AMEN, she starts her day with Attitude – Mindset – Enthusiasm – Now! Thanks, Dianne, for your expertise, kind words, gentle guidance, and attention to the details. You made all the difference in getting the house sold! Forever grateful, Jim an Jan Waters.
Life has taught me that you can live through times when you are sure your broken heart will never mend. I am still here, healthy and seeking to find the person I can help today with their Real Estate needs. I am always just a phone call away. All love today, AMEN!
