Melissa Powell

My faith is the foundation of everything I do, and it guides how I serve people in real estate. I believe every home, transition, and new beginning matters, because every person matters.

Before entering real estate in 2024, my path included serving as a police officer and a computer technician, followed by one of my most meaningful roles—being a stay-at-home and homeschool mom. Each season taught me discipline, problem-solving, patience, and compassion, all of which I bring into my work with clients today.

I’ve always loved homes and the stories behind them. Long before becoming licensed, I found myself flipping through real estate books at restaurants, studying listings, and imagining the potential in each space. I’m especially drawn to fixer-uppers and renovation projects, and I love helping others see what a property can become.

In addition to real estate sales, I serve as a Leasing Manager with the Golden Key Rental Department. Whether I’m helping a family buy or sell a home or guiding someone through a rental transition, I value the opportunity to truly know the people I work with. I’m grateful that God often opens the door for prayer, encouragement, and speaking life into others during these important moments.

For me, real estate is more than a career—it’s a calling. I’m thankful to work in an environment where faith, service, and relationships come first, and where I can walk alongside people with honesty, care, and purpose as they take their next step.
